How to Redeem Your OTT Subscription
Follow these simple steps to redeem your free OTT Subscription from Reliance Digital.
Step-by-Step Process
Purchase an Eligible Product
Buy an eligible Air Conditioner or LED TV from any Reliance Digital store during the Offer Period (20 Oct 2026 – Jan 2027). A unique Coupon Code will be printed on your invoice or available via the QR code at the billing counter.
Register on the Website
Visit www.reliancedigitalfreeott.com and click on Register. Enter your Coupon Code, Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID. Read the Terms & Conditions fully and accept them. Click Submit.
Receive Your Authentication Number
After successful registration, you will receive an Authentication Number (OTP) via SMS on your registered mobile number. This Authentication Number is unique to your registration.
Submit Your OTT Booking Request
Go to the OTT Booking page. Enter your Authentication Number, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click Submit. Your OTT subscription request will be sent to the backend team for processing.
Receive Your OTT Subscription Code
Once your request is approved, your OTT Subscription Code will be shared via SMS and Email to your registered mobile number and email address. This may take up to 72 working hours.
Activate Your OTT Subscription
Use the OTT Subscription Code received via SMS/Email to activate your subscription on the OTT platform as per the platform instructions included in your confirmation message. Your subscription will be active for 1 year from the date of activation.
- You must activate your OTT code within 60 days of your product purchase.
- OTT codes are valid till April 2027.
- Each Coupon Code can only be used for one registration.
